Kendall Wadley - with offices in Worcester,
Malvern and Hereford - has launched a vibrant new corporate
identity at the same time as it has changed from being a traditional
partnership to a limited liability partnership - or an 'LLP'
as it's known in professional terms.
Director
Mark Ashworth says: "The change to LLP status enables
us to structure and run our business in ways that more closely
reflect a standard limited company structure. This will make
us more responsive as a business and make us better able to
adapt to changes in the professional services industry."
At the same time, Kendall Wadley has launched a new, modern
corporate identity that will be rolled out across all its
printed items and in all its marketing activities.
Director Elizabeth Needham has been spearheading this change
for the firm that will be reflected in letterheads, on its
new web site and on all items of print that the firm produces:
"Accountants aren't always seen as the most go ahead
and modern of organizations and to be fair, our old corporate
identity was beginning to look a little out of place in a
business where we quite rightly have a lot of experience,
but which is growing, based on many much younger, qualified
members of staff - the average age of our team is something
like 30 - whilst from our old corporate identity you might
have assumed it was much higher.
"The new type face we have
chosen and the professional but very commercial new combination
of colours incorporated in our logo, has changed the way we
are seen by new clients and we are sure our existing and loyal
client base will recognize that we needed to make this move
not just keep up with the times, but to take a major step
and illustrate that we are leaders in what we do. The new
corporate image is much more than just a logo and a choice
of pretty colours. We believe that the new corporate identity
says a lot about the firm, about the levels of service we
offer our clients and the professionalism we provide in our
day-to-day activities." |
